Refer-a-Friend Program Terms

How It Works

Existing OhMySaaS customers ("Referrers") can refer friends to OhMySaaS using their unique referral link ("Referral Link"). Friends who click the Referral Link and make their first purchase on OhMySaaS are a "Referred Customer."

Eligibility

• To qualify as a Referrer, you must be a registered OhMySaaS customer with a valid account.
• The Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation. For affiliate partnerships, see our Affiliate Terms of Service.
• The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. Using multiple accounts to self-refer is prohibited.
• A Referred Customer must be a new customer who makes their first purchase on OhMySaaS.

Referral Rewards

• Referrers earn $10 in OhMySaaS Credits when a Referred Customer makes their first purchase (a "Qualified Purchase").
• Additional or repeat purchases by the same Referred Customer do not count as additional Qualified Purchases.
• Referral Rewards are credited to the Referrer's account 14 days after the Qualified Purchase, provided the purchase was not refunded during that period.
• OhMySaaS Credits can be applied to any future deal purchase but cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
• OhMySaaS reserves the right to change the Referral Reward value at any time.

Referred Customer Discount

By clicking a Referral Link, a Referred Customer receives a $10 discount coupon on their first purchase. OhMySaaS reserves the right to change the discount value at any time.

Rules & Compliance

When using your Referral Link, you must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including:

• The CAN-SPAM Act — do not send unsolicited bulk emails with your Referral Link.
• FTC Endorsement Guidelines — clearly disclose that you will receive compensation through the OhMySaaS Refer-a-Friend Program when sharing your Referral Link.
• Do not post Referral Links in a misleading or deceptive manner.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to distribute your Referral Link.

Any violation of these rules is grounds for immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of all pending Referral Rewards, and/or exclusion from the program.

Fraud & Abuse

• OhMySaaS reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the program.
• Creating fake accounts, using stolen identities, or manipulating the referral process will result in account termination and forfeiture of all rewards.
• OhMySaaS may reverse any Referral Rewards associated with fraudulent or refunded purchases.

Termination & Changes

• OhMySaaS reserves the right to terminate the Refer-a-Friend Program or change these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
• OhMySaaS shall honor accrued Referral Reward credits earned prior to termination, subject to fraud review.
• Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the website.

Governing Law

These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
