OhMySaaS LLC is a privately held software holding company registered in Dover, Delaware. We own and operate the products in our portfolio for the long term.
Most software companies are built to be sold. Ours is built to be kept. We started in 2021 with one product, a small team and a rule we still follow: a product has to pay for itself before it gets to grow.
That rule shapes everything downstream. We don't chase categories we can't service. We don't ship features to satisfy a funding round. When we take on a new product — built in-house or acquired from a founder who is ready to move on — we commit to running it properly: keeping the lights on, answering the support email, paying the security bill, and shipping the boring maintenance work that keeps customers from noticing anything at all.
Today that means three live products, one shared operating spine, and a portfolio we intend to still be running in ten years.
What we buy
Profitable B2B SaaS, $10k–$150k MRR, clean code and clean books. Bonus points for SEO, email or developer tooling — we know those markets.
What we don't
Pre-revenue ideas, consumer apps with ad-based models, and anything that needs a sales team we'd have to hire from scratch.
