This policy applies to everyone who uses an OhMySaaS Service. It exists to keep our platforms safe, lawful and usable for everyone. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

• Anything illegal under United States federal or Delaware law, or the law that applies to you
• Malware, phishing kits, credential harvesting or fraudulent material
• Content that infringes intellectual property or violates someone's privacy
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or material that sexualises minors
• Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or the origin of a message

2. Platform integrity

• No probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems without written authorisation
• No circumventing rate limits, quotas, authentication or billing controls
• No reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling a Service unless your plan allows it
• No automated traffic that degrades performance for other customers
• No using output from a Service to build a directly competing product

3. Email and list rules (NoBounz)

• Only submit addresses you collected lawfully and have permission to process
• No purchased, scraped or harvested lists
• No verification in support of spam, phishing or deceptive campaigns
• Honour unsubscribe requests and applicable anti-spam law, including the CAN-SPAM Act

4. Crawling and automation rules (Quqi, wRanks)

• Only submit domains and properties you own or are authorised to act for
• Do not use agents to publish deceptive content, cloak pages, or manipulate third-party sites
• Respect the robots directives and terms of any site you point our tooling at
• Keep human review in place for anything an agent publishes on your behalf

5. Enforcement

We investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or report activity to law enforcement. Where the risk allows, we contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Repeated or severe violations end the account without refund.

6. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to hello@ohmysaas.com with the account, product and evidence. We acknowledge abuse reports within two business days.
