At OhMySaaS, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. That's why all products sold through our marketplace come with a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a full refund - it's that simple.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- The request is made through your OhMySaaS account dashboard or via email to our support team.
- You have not previously received a refund for the same product.
- The purchase was made directly through OhMySaaS.com (not through a third-party reseller).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
While we maintain a generous refund policy, refunds may be denied in the following cases:
- After 60 days: Requests submitted after the 60-day window has closed.
- Abuse pattern: Repeated purchases and refund requests that indicate policy abuse.
- Redeemed and used extensively: If a license code has been redeemed and the product used extensively before requesting a refund (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
- Account violations: If your account has been flagged for Terms of Service violations.
- Promotional credits: Purchases made using promotional credits or gift cards may have different refund terms.
4. How to Request a Refund
Go to My Orders
Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
Select the Order
Find the order you want to refund and click "Request Refund."
Provide a Reason (Optional)
While not required, telling us why helps us improve our marketplace. Your feedback is valuable.
Receive Your Refund
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Alternatively, you can email support@ohmysaas.com with your order number and we'll handle it for you.
5. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Most refunds are reviewed and approved within 1–2 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange rate fluctuations may result in a slightly different amount.
- License Revocation: Upon refund approval, any associated license codes will be deactivated.
6. Bundle Refunds
For bundle purchases, refunds are processed for the entire bundle - partial refunds for individual products within a bundle are not available. If you only have an issue with one product in a bundle, please contact our support team and we'll work with you to resolve the issue without requiring a full bundle refund.
7. Coupon & Promotional Purchases
If you used a coupon or promotional discount on your purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid. Coupon codes used on refunded orders will not be reissued unless otherwise stated.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting OhMySaaS may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes quickly and fairly.
